Valentina Andrei is an active wine producer in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. The estate stands out for its commitment to showcasing indigenous or rare grape varieties, cultivated with care (sometimes organically) and with a deep respect for the Valaisan terroir.

Completer is a white wine made from the local Completer grape — a traditional Swiss variety, now quite rare — revived by a few Valais winemakers, including Valentina Andrei. This cuvée embodies the estate’s pursuit of authenticity: low yields, meticulous vineyard work, gentle vinification, and ageing on fine lees to preserve freshness, minerality and varietal expression.

Appearance: Bright golden yellow color with silvery reflections, clear and radiant.

Nose: Complex and elegant nose combining ripe citrus, pear, white flowers, exotic fruits and delicate smoky and mineral notes.

Palate: Broad and precise attack with vibrant mineral tension balanced by a rich and silky texture. Long, saline and refined finish with excellent aromatic persistence.

Food Pairing: Ideal with premium fish dishes, shellfish, fine dining cuisine, truffle risotto or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10 and 12°C.
