Valentina Andrei is an active wine producer in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. The estate stands out for its commitment to showcasing indigenous or rare grape varieties, cultivated with care (sometimes organically) and with a deep respect for the Valaisan terroir.

Completer is a white wine made from the local Completer grape — a traditional Swiss variety, now quite rare — revived by a few Valais winemakers, including Valentina Andrei. This cuvée embodies the estate’s pursuit of authenticity: low yields, meticulous vineyard work, gentle vinification, and ageing on fine lees to preserve freshness, minerality and varietal expression.

Appearance: The wine has a pale, bright robe, typical of mountain whites — crystalline and clear.

Nose: Elegant and complex aromas of white or yellow-fleshed fruit (peach, apricot), hints of hazelnut, citrus zest, alpine herbs and a marked stony minerality, depending on the vintage.

Palate: The attack is clean and fresh, with vibrant acidity and alpine salinity. The palate shows good tension and volume, revealing ripe white fruit, mineral depth, and a firm structure. The finish is long, with saline and slightly spicy notes.

Food Pairing: A great match for seafood, grilled fish, poultry, vegetable gratins, alpine cheese or traditional Swiss dishes. Its acidity and freshness lift creamy or rich preparations.

Serving Temperature: Serve chilled, between 8–10°C, to preserve freshness, precision, and aromatic finesse.
