Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the historic estates of the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley. For generations, the Alary family cultivated the vineyards with great respect for the land. Today, the estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, with minimal intervention in the winery to preserve the authentic expression of Cairanne's limestone terroirs.

Réserve des Seigneurs is the estate's signature wine. Produced from old vines planted on the lower and mid-hillsides of Cairanne, it showcases the finesse and complexity of the appellation. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged exclusively in concrete vats, it focuses on fruit purity and terroir expression without oak influence.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with garnet reflections.

Nose: Elegant aromas of raspberry, black cherry, plum, black pepper, liquorice, garrigue herbs, dried flowers and delicate cocoa notes.

Palate: Smooth and harmonious with refined tannins. Layers of ripe dark fruit, spices, vibrant freshness and limestone minerality lead to a long, peppery and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled lamb, roast beef, slow-cooked pork shoulder, grilled vegetables, Provençal beef stew and aged cheeses.
