Vacqueyras - Bio 2025

Located in the heart of the Vacqueyras appellation, Domaine des Amouriers is a family estate in the Southern Rhône Valley. Certified organic, the estate farms its vineyards with great respect for nature and terroir. The vines grow on Vacqueyras' famous rolled pebbles and clay-limestone soils, producing wines that combine concentration, elegance and freshness. Hand harvesting and gentle winemaking preserve the purity of the fruit.

Vacqueyras Rouge Bio is the estate's flagship red wine. Made primarily from Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre, it beautifully expresses the sunny character of Vacqueyras while maintaining freshness and balance. Aged mainly in concrete and enamel-lined tanks, it highlights fruit purity and terroir expression.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with garnet reflections.

Nose: Intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherry and plum, layered with garrigue herbs, liquorice, black pepper, thyme and sweet spices.

Palate: Rich and generous with silky tannins and vibrant freshness. Dark fruit, Mediterranean herbs and spice lead to a long, elegant and peppery finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled beef, roast lamb, duck, game, Provençal cuisine, grilled vegetables and mature cheeses.
