Le P'tit Martin - Sans Soufre 2024

Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the benchmark estates of the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley. Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate follows a low-intervention philosophy that allows each wine to express the purity of its fruit and the character of its limestone terroirs.

Le P'tit Martin – Sans Soufre is a Côtes du Rhône made without added sulphur, preserving the wine's freshness and pure fruit expression. Produced mainly from Syrah with Grenache, it comes from the estate's younger vines and offers a vibrant, juicy and highly drinkable style.

Appearance: Bright ruby red color.

Nose: Red and black fruit aromas with floral (violet) and spicy hints.

Palate: Juicy fruit, hints of raspberry and strawberry, gentle spices, light fine tannins.

Food Pairing: Complements charcuterie, grilled meats, lamb, braised beef.
