As a child she was already involved in the vineyards, her parents had a farm like most of the inhabitants of the small village of Jenins, but when she took over the estate she decided to devote herself solely to the vine and took the opportunity to transform the land from agriculture into viticulture.

Today, she cultivates 4 hectares of vines. Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc are the main grape varieties, Chardonnay and Merlot the specialities. The vineyard is cultivated according to ecological guidelines. Manual work is a matter of course.
