Chardonnay - Halde 2024

Annatina Pelizzatti is a dedicated winemaker from the Graubünden region of Switzerland, producing wines since 1997 guided by traditional methods, seasonal rhythms and respect for nature on her small family estate. Her wines, including the Chardonnay Halde, are noted for their expressive clarity and authentic character. 

The Chardonnay Halde is a dry white wine made from Chardonnay grown on well‑exposed slopes at Fläsch. It offers a distinctive mineral freshness with floral, citrus and lightly exotic fruit notes, showcasing the varietal’s pure expression in this alpine region.

Appearance: pale, luminous yellow.

Nose: citrus, pineapple and white fruit aromas with floral nuances. 

Palate: dry with vibrant acidity and pronounced mineral character, elegant and crisp. 

Food Pairing: grilled fish, seafood, light poultry, asparagus, and hard cheeses. 

Serving Temp: Between 10 and 12 °C.
