Lodovico Wine  is the personal project of Lodovico Antinori, one of Italy’s most influential winemakers and founder of the legendary Ornellaia and Masseto estates. Located in Bibbona on the Tuscan coast, the estate benefits from a unique maritime climate and exceptional soils. Extremely limited production and meticulous vineyard selection have made Lodovico one of Tuscany’s most exclusive wines.

Lodovico Toscana IGT  is the estate’s flagship wine. Produced from 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot, it represents the purest expression of this exceptional terroir.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with dark garnet reflections.

Nose: Complex aromas of blackcurrant, wild blackberry, black cherry, violet, graphite, cedar, tobacco, cocoa and sweet spices.

Palate: Rich, powerful and exceptionally refined. Silky tannins, outstanding concentration and vibrant freshness create remarkable balance and precision. The finish is long, layered and persistent.

Food Pairing: Ideal with dry-aged beef, rack of lamb, game dishes, black truffle, porcini risotto, fine dining cuisine and mature cheeses.
