Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with garnet reflections.

Nose: Complex aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, black plum and ripe cherry, layered with cedar, tobacco, cocoa, sweet spices, graphite and Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: Rich and refined. Silky tannins, vibrant freshness and remarkable concentration create a wine of exceptional balance. The finish is long, deep and persistent.

Food Pairing: Perfect with dry-aged beef, roast lamb, game dishes, Tuscan cuisine, black truffle, porcini risotto and mature cheeses.
