Description
Located in Aniane, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac area, Mas Laval is a family estate that has been cultivated for more than three generations. Managed by Joël Laval, the vineyard covers around 35 hectares and follows sustainable practices certified by Terra Vitis, while currently converting to organic farming. The estate benefits from an exceptional terroir between the Arboussas massif, the Cévennes foothills and Mediterranean garrigue landscapes.
Mourvèdre is a single-varietal wine showcasing the full character of this iconic Mediterranean grape. Traditionally vinified and aged in tanks to preserve freshness and fruit expression, it offers a generous, rounded and spicy profile.
