Appearance: Deep amber color with mahogany and tawny reflections, bright and clear.

Nose: Complex and evolved aromas of dried fruits (walnut, almond), fig, caramel, candied orange peel, and spices.

Palate: Smooth and enveloping entry with a velvety texture and good concentration. Excellent balance between sweetness and freshness. Long, persistent finish with notes of dried fruits, toffee, and spice.

Food Pairing: Ideal with nut-based desserts, walnut tart, aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 12 and 14°C.
