Appearance: Deep amber color with mahogany reflections, bright and evolved, reflecting long ageing.

Nose: Complex and intense bouquet with notes of dried fruits (walnut, almond), fig, caramel, sweet spices and a hint of candied orange zest.

Palate: Rich and smooth texture, perfectly balanced between sweetness and freshness. Flavors of dried fruits, toffee and spices, with a long, elegant and slightly saline finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with nut-based desserts, walnut tart, crème brûlée, blue cheeses or as a digestif.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 12 and 14°C.
