Appearance: Intense amber color with mahogany and copper reflections, bright and slightly tawny, indicating long ageing.

Nose: Deep and refined bouquet with aromas of dried fruits (walnut, hazelnut), date, caramel, coffee and subtle spicy notes.

Palate: Velvety and enveloping texture, great aromatic complexity with dried fruits, toffee and spices. Freshness balances the sweetness, leading to a very long and harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with chocolate desserts, nut-based pastries, blue cheeses or enjoyed on its own.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 12 and 14°C.
