Tasting
Appearance: pale gold with green hues, fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: refined notes of brioche, almond, fresh citrus and white flowers, with a mineral and smoky touch.
Palate: lively and precise, silky texture with perfect balance between freshness, tension and depth. Long, saline and lemon-zest finish.
Food Pairing: pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled turbot or lemon risotto. Also excellent with aged Comté.
Serving Temperature: 10–12 °C.
