Nose: Delicate and fruity, with prominent aromas of strawberry and redcurrant, complemented by blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant, along with floral notes of peony and violet.

Palate: Supple and harmonious on the palate, with fine, silky tannins. Beautiful freshness balances the generous, fruit-driven character, while subtle spicy notes add length to the finish. Elegant and persistent.

Food Pairings: Ideal with roast poultry, veal fillet, white meats, fine charcuterie, sautéed mushrooms, or mature cheeses.
