Appearance: bright golden-yellow with light amber hues, reflecting several years of oak ageing.

Nose: complex and elegant, with notes of candied fruits, ripe citrus peel, acacia honey, dried flowers, toasted nuts and soft vanilla.

Palate: rich and refined, with flavours of dried apricot, yellow plum, honey and light caramel. Balanced by gentle freshness and soft spice, the finish is long and harmonious.

Food Pairing: perfect with nut-based desserts, citrus tarts, honey cakes, blue cheeses or simply as a refined digestif.

Serving Temperature: 8–10 °C.
