Appearance: Light amber color with golden and topaz reflections, bright and clear.

Nose: Complex and elegant aromas of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut), dried apricot, honey, orange peel, and delicate spice notes.

Palate: Smooth and harmonious entry with a rich, silky texture. Freshness balances the sweetness beautifully. Long and refined finish with notes of dried fruits, honey, and a subtle citrus touch.

Food Pairing: Ideal with almond-based desserts, dried fruit tarts, aged cheeses, or slightly chilled as an aperitif.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10 and 12°C.
