Grand Cabernet Franc is one of the estate’s most ambitious wines, produced from the finest Cabernet Franc vineyard parcels. This wine showcases the varietal’s identity in the Andean terroir, combining power, freshness, elegance and aromatic depth. Careful oak ageing contributes complexity and outstanding ageing potential.

Appearance: Deep ruby color with garnet reflections, dense and brilliant.

Nose: Complex bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, violet, graphite, sweet spices and delicate cedar and toasted notes.

Palate: Broad and precise attack with refined and perfectly integrated tannins. Excellent freshness, outstanding aromatic concentration and remarkable balance. Long, elegant and persistent finish with spicy and mineral nuances.

Food Pairing: Ideal with beef tenderloin, roasted lamb, game dishes, refined Argentine cuisine or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
