Château de Selle 2025

Château de Selle, one of the historic estates of Domaine Ott, is located in the Var hinterland, at the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Its vineyards are planted on terraces over extremely stony soils composed of gypsum, sandstone and red clay. This distinctive, arid terroir produces wines renowned for their elegance, balance and minerality.

Château de Selle Rosé is one of the emblematic wines of Domaines Ott. Predominantly based on Grenache, complemented by Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah, it represents a refined and gastronomic expression of Provence rosé. Grenache provides balance and depth, Cinsault adds softness, while Mourvèdre and Syrah contribute fruit and structure.

Appearance: Pale, luminous pink with delicate silver highlights.

Nose: Elegant and precise aromas of citrus and white flowers, underlined by a delicate mineral character.

Palate: Pure and elegant from the first sip, displaying beautiful tension and precision. Subtle notes of peach and citrus zest accompany its refined texture, leading to a very long and delicately spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled fish, lobster, shellfish, roast poultry, Mediterranean cuisine or Asian-inspired dishes.
