Appearance: Golden yellow with bright reflections, intense and clear.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe fruits (pear, peach), citrus, white flowers, with buttery and lightly toasted notes and a mineral touch.

Palate: Full and elegant entry with good roundness. Silky texture supported by balanced freshness. Complex and refined. 

Food Pairing: Ideal with fine fish, shellfish, creamy poultry dishes, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 11 and 13°C.
