Domaine Chandon de Briailles, located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, is a historic estate in the Côte de Beaune. La Vie est Belle – Skin Contact is an original cuvée made by fermenting white grapes in contact with their skins. This technique brings additional texture, structure and aromatic complexity while preserving the freshness and energy sought by the domaine. It is a free and distinctive interpretation of Burgundy, with an expressive personality and a vibrant character.

Appearance: Intense golden yellow with amber and subtle orange highlights.

Nose: Expressive aromas of yellow fruits, candied citrus and dried flowers, complemented by spices, tea and delicate herbal nuances.

Palate: Broad and textured, with a subtle tannic structure resulting from skin contact. Ripe fruit and citrus flavours are balanced by beautiful freshness and a slightly saline character. The finish is persistent, complex and delicately spicy.

Food Pairing: Ideal with spicy Asian cuisine, grilled fish, roast poultry, roasted vegetables, gently spiced dishes or mature cheeses.
