Description
The winery Château Prieuré‑Lichine is a historic estate in Bordeaux, originally founded as a Benedictine priory, revitalised in the 20th century by wine‑merchant Alexis Lichine, and today owned by the Ballande group.
The “Le Blanc du Château Prieuré‑Lichine” is the estate’s small‑scale white cuvée: it comes from vines replanted in 1990 on a parcel in Arsac, intended to produce a dry, elegant and fresh white wine, in the tradition of classic Bordeaux whites.

Food Pairing: ideal with seafood carpaccios or tartares, fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses; also great with light dishes, salads, or summer cuisine to highlight the wine’s freshness and citrus notes.
