Cuvée Malherbe 2022

Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea within the Côtes de Provence appellation, Château Malherbe is a historic family estate dating back to the 18th century. Now run by the Ferrari family, the estate practices environmentally respectful viticulture including organic and biodynamic methods. The maritime influence gives the wines freshness and aromatic complexity.

The Cuvée Malherbe Blanc represents the elegance of Provence white wines. Made primarily from Rolle along with other Mediterranean grape varieties, it offers a fresh and vibrant style with citrus, white flower and white fruit aromas. Balanced and refined, the wine shows delicate minerality and excellent freshness.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow colour with silvery reflections.

Nose: Elegant aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers and white fruits such as pear and peach.

Palate: Fresh and refined entry with lively acidity. Flavours of citrus and ripe fruit lead to a balanced and slightly mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, shellfish or Mediterranean cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10–12 °C.
