The Barbarossa Riserva cuvée is crafted from carefully selected grapes, representing a structured and elegant expression of the estate. It combines power, finesse, and aging potential, reflecting the excellence of Ticino Merlot.

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, dense and bright.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe black fruits (black cherry, blackberry), with notes of cocoa, spices, tobacco, and subtle oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with fine, well-integrated tannins. Excellent concentration and balance between richness and freshness. Long, elegant finish with spicy and lightly toasted notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal with red meats, game, slow-cooked dishes, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
