Description

The racy elegance of a mineral, precise Chardonnay whose natural balance is a harmonious model of the best Grand Cru parcels in the Côte des Blancs: Cramant for minerality, Chouilly and Oiry for finesse, and Mesnil-sur-Oger for structure and longevity.

Tasting

Appearance: Pale gold robe with crystalline clarity, animated by fine, persistent bubbles and luminous reflections.

Nose: Elegant aromas of white flowers, fresh pear and hazelnut, with hints of raw butter and orange blossom.

Palate: Precise and vibrant attack, creamy and tense texture. Notes of brioche, mirabelle plum and citrus, leading to a saline, peppery finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, delicate fish dishes or sweetbread. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10°C and 12°C.
