Vini del Mare Belvento – this name symbolizes the still-young project of the Moretti family, as it expresses the wines they harvest and vinify here in the Maremma, near the sea: the wines of the sea of beautiful winds.
 

According to legend, this is the sea where Aphrodite scattered the pearls from her necklace, and from which Tuscany was born. The beauty of this region makes us believe in the legend! But from a scientific point of view, the Belvento — the beautiful wind — plays a key role in the quality of the grapes, as it is precisely this wind that ensures good vineyard ventilation, the refreshing breeze that preserves the grapes’ freshness and gives these wines their pleasantly invigorating character.
 

Here, flavors and aromas are always born from the interaction between land and sea. That’s why the Belvento wine labels depict the animal species that live along the coast, in the waters, and in the nearby nature reserve.

In the Eye: The color of Sireno is a deep ruby red, bright and vibrant, with violet nuances reflecting its youth and intensity.

On the Nose: The nose reveals rich aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of black cherry, plum, and subtle hints of tobacco and spices.

On the Palate: On the palate, Sireno is structured and harmonious, with fine tannins and lovely acidity that provides freshness. The black fruit flavors are accompanied by light spicy and cocoa notes. The finish is long and elegant.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs perfectly with roasted meats, meat-based sauces, or aged cheeses like parmesan.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity.
