Description
Based in Jenins, in the heart of the Bündner Herrschaft, Annatina Pelizzatti has been producing distinctive, terroir-driven wines since 1997. Her small-scale estate places great emphasis on manual work and environmentally conscious viticulture. Pinot Noir is at the heart of her production, with single-vineyard expressions showcasing the diversity of Jenins’ terroirs.
Pinot Noir Eichholz Jenins AOC Graubünden is a single-vineyard wine produced from the estate’s oldest vines, planted in 1969 in the Eichholz vineyard. It combines depth and concentration with the elegance and freshness typical of fine Graubünden Pinot Noir. Ageing in a large 1,600-litre wooden cask preserves the purity of the fruit while adding structure and harmony.
