Description
Annatina Pelizzatti is a passionate winemaker from the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. Since 1997, she has been cultivating and vinifying her wines using traditional methods guided by the rhythm of the seasons and deep respect for nature. Her family-run estate is known for its meticulous manual work and a strong focus on quality over quantity.
The Pinot Noir Eichholz is a characterful red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the historic “Eichholz” vineyard in Jenins. It stands out for its beautiful fruit expression and delicate structure, the result of traditional ageing for 10 months in large 1,600-litre wooden barrels, which adds aromatic finesse while preserving the wine’s pure fruit character.
