Description
Based in Jenins, in the heart of the Bündner Herrschaft, Annatina Pelizzatti has been running her approximately four-hectare family estate since 1997. Manual work and environmentally conscious vineyard practices are central to her philosophy. Pinot Noir, the signature grape of Graubünden, plays a leading role in the estate and produces precise, elegant wines with a strong sense of place.
Pinot Noir – Classic Jenins AOC Graubünden is an elegant and approachable expression of Pinot Noir from Graubünden. Grown on the slopes surrounding Jenins, the wine is aged for 10 months in large 1,600-litre wooden casks, adding structure and complexity while preserving the purity and freshness of the fruit.
