Pinot Noir - Barrique Jenins 2022

Annatina Pelizzatti is a passionate winemaker from the Canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. Since 1997, she has been growing and vinifying her wines using traditional methods guided by seasonal rhythms and respect for nature. Her family estate takes quality over quantity with meticulous manual work and a philosophy rooted in tradition. 

The Pinot Noir Barrique is a bold red wine from a selection of four distinct vineyard parcels around Jenins. Sourced from old vines, younger Burgundian clones, and small-berried varieties, it shows deep aromatics and elegant structure resulting from 12 months’ ageing in French oak barrels (some new wood), enhancing complexity while preserving pure Pinot Noir fruit character.  

Appearance: deep, intense red color. 

Nose: rich red fruit aromas with spicy and toasty oak nuances. 

Palate: juicy fruit core, structured tannins, long finish. 

Food Pairings: grilled red meats, game, rich stews, aged cheeses. 

Serving Temp: 15–17 °C.
