Ideally located in the prestigious Rapaura area, the Rimapere vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir.

"Plot 101" refers to the eponymous parcel of this vineyard with an exceptionally preserved and magical setting. Benefiting from a terroir of rare intensity, the grapes of this plot selection are hand-picked before being delicately pressed and then aged on lees. This wine with aromas of fragrant white flowers, which then gives way to a fine mouthfeel with citrus flavors, will be the perfect accompaniment to French gastronomy or world cuisine.

Tasting

Appearance: Pale yellow with green reflections, bright and crystal clear.

Nose: Intense and precise aromas of citrus (lime, grapefruit), tropical fruits (passion fruit), with herbal notes and elegant minerality.

Palate: Crisp and vibrant entry with lively acidity. Clean, structured profile typical of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Long, persistent finish with citrus and slightly saline notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, oysters, grilled fish, goat cheese, or fresh Asian cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
