Humagne Rouge Tradition by Cave du Tunnel is a red wine from the Valais AOC, made from 100% Humagne Rouge, an emblematic grape variety of the Valais wine heritage, originally from Italy's Aosta Valley. 

Part of the winery's Tradition range, this wine expresses the rustic, wild character of Humagne Rouge while maintaining remarkable aromatic finesse. Ageing in tanks preserves the freshness of the fruit, delicate spicy nuances and the grape variety's authentic personality.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with garnet highlights.

Nose: Expressive aromas of dark fruits, wild berries and forest undergrowth, complemented by sweet spices and delicate herbal nuances.

Palate: Supple and fruit-driven, with balanced structure, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. The finish reveals characteristic spicy and herbal notes.

Food Pairing: Game, venison stew, grilled red meats, Valais charcuterie, fondue bourguignonne or full-flavoured cheeses.
