Neuchâtel - Sélection 2024

Domaine Saint Sébaste is a family-owned estate located in Saint-Blaise in the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The approximately 20-hectare vineyard is farmed biodynamically and has been DEMETER certified since 2015. The estate focuses on single-varietal vinification and precise parcel expression.

The Neuchâtel Sélection is a white wine primarily made from Chasselas, the emblematic grape of the region. This selection aims to highlight a more structured and concentrated expression of the variety while preserving elegance and minerality. It is produced under the AOC Neuchâtel designation.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow color with silver reflections.

Nose: Elegant bouquet of white flowers, fresh citrus and delicate mineral notes with a light almond nuance.

Palate: Precise and lively attack, harmonious texture, vibrant acidity and a long finish marked by subtle salinity.

Food Pairing: Lake fish (especially perch fillets), seafood, light Asian cuisine and Swiss hard cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 8 – 10°C.
