Pinot Noir - Côtes du Jura 2018

Château d’Arlay is one of France’s oldest château‑vignobles, with viticulture active since the 15ᵉ century. 

The Pinot Noir is a 100 % Pinot Noir red wine from old vines planted on Jurassic marl and limestone soils, yielding a wine of refined character. Elevated in oak barrels for extended maturation, this cuvée reflects the tradition and quality of Jura red wines with depth and ageing potential.

Appearance: deep garnet red with bright intensity.

Nose: expressive aromas of red and black cherry, currant, exotic wood, green pepper and spice.

Palate: dense, structured palate with well‑integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish with mineral freshness.

Food Pairing: grilled or roasted red meats, light game, poultry in sauce, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 15 °C.
