Located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, Bodegas Portia is a strikingly modern estate owned by the Faustino Group. Designed by the renowned British architect Sir Norman Foster, the winery’s iconic three-pointed star shape represents the three key stages of winemaking : fermentation, ageing and maturation.

Portia Crianza is made exclusively from Tempranillo, the emblematic grape of the region, grown on clay-limestone and sandy soils between 750 and 850 metres of altitude. This vintage perfectly embodies the house style – a wine of strength, balance and expressiveness, combining contemporary character with deep respect for tradition.

Appearance: Deep cherry-red colour with violet hues, bright and clean.

Nose: Expressive and complex aromas of ripe black fruits — blackberry, blueberry, plum — enhanced by toasted oak, vanilla, sweet spices and a subtle hint of cocoa.

Palate: Powerful yet refined, with smooth, well-structured tannins and balanced acidity. The palate is full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, leading to a long and persistent finish with lingering fruit and spice.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled or roasted red meats, game dishes, mushrooms, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 15 °C and 17 °C.
