Eye: Intense cherry-red color, clean and brilliant, evolving to ruby-brown.

Nose: Intense and complex, with ripe black fruit, licorice, candy and cocoa notes.

Mouth: Powerful, fleshy and well-balanced. Long, toasty finish.

Food pairing: All types of meat. Goes well with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms or ham. Certain tasty or fatty fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheeses and berry-based desserts. Rice and all kinds of pasta.
