Humagne Rouge “Réserve des Chasseurs”  is a red wine from the Valais AOC, made exclusively from Humagne Rouge, one of the region's emblematic grape varieties.

This wine stands out for its rustic and wild character, typical of Humagne Rouge. Vinification in stainless-steel tanks preserves the expression of dark fruits and the grape's naturally woody nuances. With its supple tannins and balanced structure, it is an excellent companion to game dishes and autumn specialities.

Appearance: Intense ruby-red colour with purple highlights.

Nose: Expressive aromas of black cherry, cranberry and wild berries, complemented by rustic notes reminiscent of oak bark and forest undergrowth.

Palate: Generous and characterful, with soft, well-integrated tannins. Dark fruit flavours dominate, supported by refreshing acidity and a subtly spicy, woody finish.

Food Pairing: Game, venison stew, wild boar, grilled red meats, roasted lamb, wild mushrooms or mature Valais cheeses.
