It is a story of passion, struggle, entrepreneurial skill and a deep love for the land that translates into a small family business with 45 hectares of vineyards and wine brands that gradually reach all corners of the world.

VINILOURENÇO is located in the small village of Poço do Canto, in the municipality of Meda, in the heart of the Douro Superior. Since the 1980s, the Lourenço family acquires several plots of land in the Douro Superior and Horácio Lourenço, upon his return from Angola, designs an imaginary triangle for the location of his vineyards.

Appearance: A deep garnet colour.

Nose: The aroma is bursting with ripe fruit, alongside notes of fresh hay, damp earth, vanilla and spices.

Palate: It surprises with its power, velvety texture and aromatic richness, creating a seductive and modern profile.

Food and wine pairings: Given its characteristics, it is recommended to let it breathe; it is ideal for festive occasions, to add a touch of brilliance to oven-baked dishes.
