A red wine that showcases the character of a blend of grape varieties from old vines at an altitude of 550 m.

It is a story of passion, struggle, entrepreneurial skill and a deep love for the land that translates into a small family business with 45 hectares of vineyards and wine brands that gradually reach all corners of the world.

VINILOURENÇO is located in the small village of Poço do Canto, in the municipality of Meda, in the heart of the Douro Superior. Since the 1980s, the Lourenço family acquires several plots of land in the Douro Superior and Horácio Lourenço, upon his return from Angola, designs an imaginary triangle for the location of his vineyards.

Appearance: Intense ruby red color.

Nose: It stands out for its exuberance of very ripe fruit and notes of fruit compote, fresh hay, damp earth, vanilla, and spices.

Palate: It surprises with its power, velvety texture, and aromatic richness, creating a seductive and modern profile.

Food and Wine Pairings: Serve at 16 °C; decanting is recommended. Given its characteristics, this wine is ideal for pairing with exceptional meals, where grilled black pork, Mirandais-style fillet, and oven-baked dishes can truly shine.
