Description
The word "Embazées" might come from "Ambassiacus", a gallo-roman estate still hosting the vestiges of a villa which was mentioned in some medieval texts.
Tasting
Appearance: Pale gold with bright reflections, clear and luminous.
Nose: Rich and elegant aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach), citrus, white flowers, with buttery, lightly toasted notes and fine minerality.
Palate: Full and harmonious entry with good roundness. Silky texture supported by well-integrated freshness. Subtle balance between richness and tension. Long, elegant finish with fruity and lightly oaked notes.
Food Pairing: Ideal with fine fish, shellfish, creamy poultry dishes, or gourmet cuisine.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 11 and 13°C.
