Valpolicella Superiore 2020

The Grotta del Ninfeo wine comes from the Valpolicella region in Veneto, Italy, known for elegant and structured red wines. It reflects a modern interpretation of traditional winemaking using native grape varieties.
The Valpolicella Superiore offers greater concentration than standard Valpolicella, with extended aging and careful grape selection, resulting in a balanced and refined wine.

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, bright and intense.

Nose: Expressive aromas of black cherry, plum, with notes of spice, tobacco, and light oak.

Palate: Smooth and generous entry with good richness. Fine, well-integrated tannins. Balanced between ripe fruit, freshness, and structure. 

Food Pairing: Ideal with red meats, pasta with sauce, traditional Italian dishes, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
