Description
The organically grown vineyards are located in the centre of the Var. The soils are uniformly chalky, poor and well drained, allowing the vines to be grown in excellent conditions.
Tasting
Appearance: Pale pink with bright reflections, clear and elegant.
Nose: Fresh and aromatic with notes of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus (grapefruit), and a delicate floral touch.
Palate: Crisp and refreshing entry with a light body. Smooth and balanced texture with lively acidity. Clean, fruity, and thirst-quenching finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with summer salads, grilled dishes, fish, or Mediterranean cuisine.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
