The “Les Sans Marches” Côte-Rôtie expresses the typicity of the region, combining aromatic intensity with finesse and structure.

Appearance: Deep red with violet reflections, dense and bright.

Nose: Complex aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), violet, black pepper, with smoky and lightly oaked notes.

Palate: Full and structured entry with good concentration. Fine, silky tannins typical of Northern Rhône Syrah. Balanced between power and freshness. Long, spicy and mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with red meats, lamb, game, or rich dishes.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
