Dame de Pic 2024

Clos des Augustins is a family-run estate at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup, cultivated organically and biodynamically. Led by Frédéric Mézy, the winery is known for producing expressive wines that showcase Mediterranean varietals with finesse and freshness.

The 2024 Dame de Pic cuvée is a pure expression of Grenache, grown on clay-limestone slopes in Triadou and the Cévennes. The sharp day-night temperature variation enhances the aromatic maturity of the grapes. Gentle vinification brings out its floral, juicy and powerful character.

Appearance: Deep ruby color with garnet hues. Brilliant and clear.

Nose: Refined aromas of stone red fruits (cherry, plum), floral hints of peony, rose petals and rosewood.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with soft tannins. Balanced power and persistent freshness.

Food Pairing: Excellent with fine charcuterie, paella, cuttlefish with aioli, or Mediterranean summer cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16–18°C.
