Domaine Rosé - Rosé De Gamay 2025

Located on the edge of the Geneva countryside, the vineyard of Domaine Château du Crest covers 16 hectares and is cultivated on rich, generous soil with an ideal climate. Thanks to this favourable environment, the diversification of the grape varieties has accelerated in recent years.

Appearance: Pale pink with bright reflections, clear and vibrant.

Nose: Fresh and expressive aromas of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), complemented by floral notes and a light citrus touch.

Palate: Crisp and refreshing entry with a light body. Smooth and balanced texture with lively acidity. Clean, fruity, and thirst-quenching finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with summer salads, grilled dishes, fish, or light cuisine.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
