Alto dos Amores - probably the most extraordinary landscape in the Dão - has always been the meeting point for couples in love in the village of Santar.
If, once upon a time, the magic of this landscape served to win hearts, today the grapes that grow there serve to conquer the most demanding tastes of wine lovers.
It is this love story that daily inspires all those who work to produce this Casa de Santar single varietal Touriga Nacional.

Appearance: Deep red color with violet reflections, dense and bright.

Nose: Intense and elegant aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), with characteristic violet notes of Touriga Nacional, complemented by spices and light oak hints.

Palate: Full-bodied and structured entry with good concentration. Tannins are present yet silky, providing depth and balance. Long, persistent finish with floral and spicy notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, lamb, game, or rich sauce-based dishes.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
