Description
A very limited edition, with a strictly limited production run, each bottle is a truly rare, valuable, and one-of-a-kind collector's item.
From the oldest Encruzado vines of Quinta dos Carvalhais, Vinha dos Amores embodies the nobility of the Dão.
This exceptional Portuguese white wine, produced in limited quantities, combines the purity of the native grape variety with meticulous barrel vinification, resulting in a wine of rare elegance and remarkable longevity. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, then fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months, with regular bâtonnage.

Tasting
Appearance: Bright pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
Nose: Subtle and complex, marked by fine floral notes, ripe white fruits, and hints of citrus and roasted hazelnut. Barrel ageing adds delicate nuances of vanilla and brioche.
Palate: Ample and elegant attack, supported by beautiful mineral tension. The palate shows great finesse, with lingering flavours of pear, candied lemon and almond. The finish is long, pure and balanced, with remarkable precision.
Food pairing: Excellent with noble fish, creamy poultry dishes, seafood risotto, or aged hard cheese.
