Schaumwein Brut – Malans is a dry and elegant Swiss sparkling wine. Characterised by fine bubbles, vibrant freshness and delicate fruit, it is a refined and versatile cuvée, equally suited to an aperitif or accompanying a meal.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.

Nose: Fresh and delicate aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits, complemented by white flowers and subtle brioche notes.

Palate: Lively and elegant with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. White fruit and citrus flavours are supported by a delicate mineral character, leading to a clean, fresh and harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, smoked fish, canapés, sushi and fresh cheeses.
