Produced in the Alentejo with 100% Portuguese fruit, it starts with a base distillation of fresh strawberries and raspberries, juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, angelica root, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. A group of botanicals are distilled together and the rest are distilled separately and then blended together. This gin with its citrus and fruity notes is the perfect recipe for a late afternoon/evening in good company.
