Dom Bella 2017

Located in Portugal’s Dão region, Quinta de Bella is a winery known for producing elegant wines that express the distinctive character of this historic appellation. Surrounded by granite mountains and benefiting from a moderate continental climate, the vineyards offer excellent conditions for growing high-quality Portuguese grape varieties.

The Dom Bella cuvée is a red wine made from traditional Dão grape varieties. It reflects the region’s typical balance and finesse, offering an elegant structure and complex aromatic profile. The wine shows aromas of ripe dark fruits, spices and subtle oak notes, resulting in a harmonious and refined wine.

Appearance: Deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections.

Nose: Elegant and complex aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and plum with hints of spice, cocoa and toasted oak.

Palate: Smooth and balanced entry. Structured palate with fine tannins and flavours of ripe dark fruit and spice. Long and harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, slow-cooked dishes, game or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16–18 °C.
