Tasting

Appearance: Bright golden yellow color with luminous reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose: Elegant bouquet combining white fruits, citrus, white flowers and delicate brioche notes.

Palate: Fresh and harmonious attack with silky texture and lively acidity. Refined finish with fruity and lightly toasted notes.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, sashimi, delicate fish dishes or fine poultry.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
